Embers Lodge & Cabins - Big Bear Lake

The cottage we stayed in was cozy and spacious, with a wonderful fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were pretty good too help us after a reservation mix-up. We did notice some noise from the outside, which could be disruptive at night.

The room was spacious and fairly quiet with cable channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator.

Everything was good, including amiable staff and fantastic location to a good restaurant. Location right by the downtown area, a convenience store, and maybe 2-3 resturants. A wide range of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The setting is incredible and cozy, just next door to everything-even a wine opener and Alpine Slide. The place to have dinner not very far from the hotel is Village Pizza.

Had an awesome weekend with friends! We enjoyed a cozy cabin with a fireplace. Great spot for BBQ outside and close to nature trails. We hiked and visited a cool local brewery. Staff was super friendly. Just a heads up, there was a small trash oversight upon arrival. A fantastic place for a getaway!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that we could smell lingering fireplace smoke in our room, which could use better ventilation.

The cabin was super cute and well-stocked. We loved the good-sized kitchen and comfy seating. The staff were really friendly and let us check in early, a nice surprise. The outdoor picnic area looked perfect for BBQs except for the $75 cleaning fee hiding in the fine print. Still, it was a great stay overall!

We enjoyed stargazing while cozying up next to the fireplace. The BBQ area offered a perfect evening retreat, and the nearby hiking trails were amazing. Just a minor note, the trash bin was overlooked upon arrival. A nice getaway with serene views.

The kids loved the spaciousness, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for meals. The location near hiking trails was perfect for our little adventures in nature.

The cabin felt cozy right away. Plenty of space, clean, and the kitchen area had a microwave and fridge, made things easy. The heater worked perfectly during chilly nights, keeping the place warm. The atmosphere was inviting and homey, perfect for a couple's getaway. Unfortunately, I noticed the lack of basic kitchen supplies like plates and utensils. That would have been helpful. The bathroom was quite small, tricky for us to move around comfortably. Though, I'd say it was a pleasant stay, just a few tweaks would make it even better.
